The website and private enquiry records are hosted on our RackNerd server. Resend delivers enquiry emails to KUNWU’s 163.com mailbox. These providers process information needed for hosting, security and delivery. Service processing may take place outside your country. Opening email, telephone or WhatsApp links uses the service you choose and its privacy practices.
Browser storage and traffic
Your enquiry basket is stored on your device so it remains available when you change pages. Remove the items or clear this site’s browser data to erase it. Contact form text is not saved in browser storage. This release installs no advertising or analytics tags and uses no non-essential tracking cookies. Server logs record connection information such as IP address, requested path, response status and browser information for operation and security; do not include personal details in URL parameters.
Retention and access
Server enquiry records are automatically removed after 12 months. Private rotating backups expire after 7 days; access logs rotate daily and are retained for up to 30 days. Email correspondence is managed separately for responding to your request and any resulting business relationship; contact us to request deletion. Order or accounting records may need separate retention. Access to private enquiry records is restricted to administration and enquiry handling.
